After a weekend away, I was afraid my newly planted tomatoes and peppers might be a bit weary. But they stood full and bright. We have buds on the artichokes. Yay! These sweet peas were growing over the fence so I took a few home.
The chamoile is also sweet and blooming. I picked some to dry for tea as well as some onions that were going to flower rather than making a bulb. It seems the red variety could not handle the weather or watering I was providing. So far the white onions are holding their own.
Kale and collard greens were also ready to pick, so we have a bunch of each of those as well. Heading out to water the pots of veggies and herbs around the house.
