I met Farmer Steve when he delivered fruit and veggies to our home as a baby shower gift from my cousin and her family, who have been buying oranges from our farmer for a few years now. We scheduled the deliveries to come about the time we would really need them, right after bringing our little one home. It was wonderful having fresh produce without having to go out to the market.
Last Saturday, Farmer Steve invited both of us, with our families to his home and groves in Ramona. We had a great time meeting his family, picking navel oranges and spending some time in the country.
