Strawberry Fro Yo
1 basket strawberries
1/3 cup, more if you want sweeter yogurt
1 quart whole milk plain yogurt
1 tsp vanilla
Blend sugar, strawberries and vanilla together with immersion blender or food processor until well blended. (If you like chunks of fruit in your yogurt, blend lightly.) Pour yogurt and strawberry mix in one bowl and mix well.
Add yogurt mix to your ice cream maker and process according to your machine. Finish the freezing process in the freezer. A good two hours plus will get it nice and cold. Enjoy!
